·  Focal point for all Sun UNIX systems at Shell’s Information Technology (IT) and Exploration and Production (E&P) sites located in Houston and New Orleans.

·  Managed the complete upgrade from SUN OS to Solaris8.  Including, the upgrade of approximately 200 SUN workstations from SPARC to UltraSPARC and 1200 SUN systems in Houston and New Orleans to Solaris 2.8.

·  Subject matter expert in problem resolution with all site support staff and management.

·  Continually support, update, document, and review the Shell Base OS configuration, Trust Domain Standards, and Security Standards that pertain to Sun platforms.
